I had ordered Saral home carpet from nykaa fashion on 19th Oct 2022. The product was showing as delivered on app on 25th oct, however i got the delivery 3 days later on 28th Oct. after raising the complaint and the carpet was in bad condition, I immediately raised a return request for the same since this was eligible for return, Its been 1 month now and the product has still not been picked up yet. Everytime the pick up guy comes in 2 wheeler and says he needs 4 wheeler for carpet pick up. I have escalated this several times through chat support and customer support number but everytime the pick up guys gets 2 wheeler including today. I am disgusted and frustrated with this and the refund and amount is 10K+ . Also the supervisor i spoke to by name Swati is avoiding coming on calls. Not sure wht to do
