I have purchased via FLIPKART Sansui SAMART TV 40 inch on 13/08/2019 with 1 years warranty and now in TV has totaly dead contition the complaint to the Sasui authorized&flipkart service center i.e jeevas on 2/05/2020, Technician had visit my home 3 times on and rectified that the main board issues and said need to replace the same. i personally continuously followed with service center and they (madan gowari & srinivas 9738687395) said that the company has stopped the production and part is unavailable. So i said that give me full refund i.e. INR 16,999/- or replacement because my TV is in under warranty. the complaint registered 3months ago they are always lying But no one is taking initiative and answering my calls. i think that is duplicate products but i’m not satisfied
