Subject: Complaint Against Sansui for Failure to Provide Warranty Service

Dear Consumer Complaint Court,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Sansui regarding their failure to provide warranty service for a faulty fan I purchased through Flipkart. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Sansui’s customer care, I have received no satisfactory response or action.

Details of the Complaint:

1. **Product Details**:
– Product: Sansui Fan
– Purchase Date: Approximately one month prior to the first complaint
– Purchased From: Flipkart

2. **Nature of the Problem**:
– The fan produces a noisy and irritating sound during rotation, rendering it unusable.

3. **Attempts to Resolve**:
– **First Complaint**: Lodged on April 22.

– **Contact Methods**: Multiple phone calls and emails to Sansui customer care.
– **Response**: Despite assurances, no action has been taken for 37 days.

4. **Warranty Promise**:
– Sansui promises a one-year warranty that includes service or refund.
– Given the inaction, Sansui has failed to honor this warranty.

Despite providing all necessary evidence and following up repeatedly, I have not received the promised service, refund, or even a denial letter that would allow me to seek resolution through Flipkart.

Given the prolonged inaction and the essential need for a functioning fan during the summer months, I request the Consumer Complaint Court to intervene and help resolve this issue. I seek either a full refund for the faulty fan or the necessary service to make the product operational as per the warranty terms.
