I have purchased Sansui LED TV 50 inch on 09/06/2016 with 5 years warranty and now in TV screen some lines are coming and self loged the complaint to the Sasui authorized service center i.e Skylark Enterprises on 16/04/2019, Technician had visit my home on 17/04/2019 and rectified that the screen panel issues and said need to replace the same. i personally continuously followed with service center and they (Ramita & Ram) said that the company has stopped the production and part is unavailable. So i said that give me full refund i.e. INR 36,000/- or replacement because my TV is in under warranty. But no one is taking initiative and answering my calls.
