I, Amit Kumar, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Fraud Kusum Agarwal, an agent of Sanjog Marriage Bureau’s Agra branch (Mobile: 7500910800), for fraudulent practices and repeated demands for money under false pretenses. Sanjog Marriage Bureau has been operating such scams for many years, cheating dozens of clients in the name of matchmaking.
Initial Deception:
Ms. Agarwal introduced me to a prospective match and convinced me to purchase a “Basic Membership Package” for ₹3,000, promising access to that girl’s contact number plus 30 additional profiles.
After payment, I received neither the membership nor any genuine contact details.
Repeated Demands:
Under the guise of arranging a meeting, she demanded an additional ₹12,000.
Only after persistent requests did she share a number—belonging to another of her own agents—who never answered my calls.
Blocking and Silence:
Upon pressing her for a refund or membership, Ms. Agarwal blocked my number entirely and ceased all communication.
No membership was activated, no profile verified, and no legitimate services rendered.
Pattern of Fraud by Sanjog Marriage Bureau:
This bureau and its franchisees have a long history of taking advance payments, providing fake contact IDs, and then refusing refunds.
Multiple clients (e.g. Shashi Shrivastav, Tanya) have filed similar grievances without resolution.
Collective Legal Action:

मैं, अमित कुमार (प्रोफाइल आईडी: SJ472179), संजोग मैरिज ब्यूरो की आगरा शाखा की एजेंट सुश्री कुसुम अग्रवाल (मोबाइल: 07500910800) के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी और बार-बार पैसे की मांग को लेकर शिकायत दर्ज कराना चाहता हूँ। संजोग मैरिज ब्यूरो कई वर्षों से ऐसी ही धोखाधड़ी कर रहा है, और दर्जनों ग्राहकों को झांसे में ले चुका है।
प्रथम धोखा:
कुसुम जी ने मुझे एक संभावित रिश्ता दिखाया और “बेसिक मेंबरशिप पैकेज” के नाम पर ₹3,000 लेने का आग्रह किया, जिसमें उस लड़की का नंबर और 30 अन्य प्रोफाइल मिलेंगी, यह वादा किया।
भुगतान के बाद मुझे न तो मेंबरशिप दी गई, न ही कोई वास्तविक संपर्क जानकारी।
बार-बार मांग:
मिलवाने के बहाने उन्होंने अतिरिक्त ₹12,000 की मांग की।
लगातार कहने पर उन्होंने एक नंबर दिया, जो उनके ही दूसरे एजेंट का था, जिसने कभी कॉल नहीं उठाई।
ब्लॉक और चुप्पी:
पैसा लौटाने या मेंबरशिप देने की जिद पर उन्होंने मेरा नंबर ब्लॉक कर दिया और पूरी तरह संचार बंद कर दिया।
न तो किसी सेवा का क्रियान्वयन हुआ, न ही कोई सत्यापन।
संजोग मैरिज ब्यूरो का पैटर्न:
यह एजेंसी और इसकी फ्रैंचाइजी पहले एडवांस पेमेंट लेकर फर्जी आईडी देती है और फिर रिफंड करने से इनकार कर देती है।
कई शिकायतें (जैसे शशि श्रीवास्तव, तान्या) बिना समाधान के पेंडिंग हैं।
सामूहिक कानूनी कार्रवाई:
मैं कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए तैयार हूँ। जो कोई भी संजोग मैरिज ब्यूरो से धोखा खाया है, वे मुझसे 9058214000 पर संपर्क करके इन अपराधियों के खिलाफ मिलकर लड़ सकते हैं।
