The profile are fake, I did some research on my own to track those people down on facebook and linkedin, turns out that few of them are married, few settled outside India and few are doing something else than noted on the profile. it seems like they scout some info of those people and just put it on their website so they can attract other member and also have proof that they have genuine profiles.
