The Jio emplyee Sanjiv Gupta first came to my home and did nothing except hang the router in a bucket. Then he went away saying he will come later. Nearly 15 days have passed since. I have been calling over and over, yet he didn’t pick up. Once or twice he posed as a ‘younger brother’ and said that his older brother was ‘sick’. The affects of Sanjiv Gupta’s behavior resulted in me and my whole family of 6 having to live on mobile data which will eventually run out. My grandchildren have computer examinations which they are unable to study for. This is basic harassment I have been treated to by Sanjiv Gupta. I would like an expert to please come to my house ASAP and fix my network.
