Text of Complaint by Abhishek Agarwal:

I purchased samsung front load washing machine on 22th aug 2022. Few days back water started leaking from beneath thr washing machine while drain/ spin. I complained to resQ service of reliance as machine was purchased from reliance digital. They handover the case yo samsung srervice and the enginner visited after 72 hrs and told a pipe with pressure sensor is damaged due to rat bite and need to be replaced. It will not be covered under warranty and you will have to pay the service charge as well. He wanted me to sign the job sheet beforehand even before the work was completed to which i denied. I seemed to be a total idiot in front of samsung. I am willing to pay for parts but why for service charge. Samsung has left too much space beneath their washing machine so that rats can easily enter and damage the parts and they can charge their consumers for the parts and service charge unnecessarily. Samsung kindly stop doing this fraud and takr back ypur washing machine and retitn my money. You did not cover rat bite in your warranty on purpose because you knew about it already.
