Samsung service center has taken 42 days and still has not fixed my phone

I have got green line on my S20+ screen on 6th August which is a well known issue now and screens for affected devices are being replaced for free till Dec 2022. I have submitted my phone to the service center on 9th August and came to know that my phone is eligible for free repair as there is no water or physical damage. Since then its been 42 days today and my phone is still being fixed. The service center or Samsung support are giving false deadlines every week. The service center went ahead and closed my old job sheet (4353183544) saying “there is no issue” and created a new one (4356034464) today. I feel like this is being done to hide the delay they have caused. Now I am in talk with Samsung support and the service center daily but that is not going anywhere. With the current estimates which are mostly lies, my phone will be fixed and delivered to me by end of this week (that itself will be 45 days past from when I submitted my phone). Also note that I am using my own secondary phone, S9+ since last 42 days with great difficulties that I could not explain. I couldn’t explain how hard these last 42 days have gone for me and how every other day of false deadlines is going.

I have owned Galaxy Note 3, S5, S7, S9+ (Using it still for last 42 days as my S20+ is in service center) and S20+ with numerous other Samsung devices like Galaxy Buds, Watch Active 2 so far. I was planning to buy S22+ in next month as I do upgrade every 2 years but sadly due to terrible service experience stated below, I will not be buying S22+ or a single Samsung device ever.

I will try my best to prevent my friends and family from buying Samsung flagships or any other devices and save their time, money and headache the service experiences like mine can cause.
