Hello , I have bought Samsung refrigerator on 2015, as of now we are facing issue of cooling on deep freezer .. Now as we have called customer care for repairing the fridge after checking and cutting gas pipes they are telling Friday cannot be repair .. But I didnt understand after taking so expensive branded fridge . they are telling it cannot be repaired .
