Dear sir

i am purchased Samsung tab s6 lite on 5 th june 23. order Id : OD428238791502339100 . but tab is not even seen display. display defect i am inform to flipkart customer care and and i am submitted return back samsung tab and they are prepare the flow chart. but return automatic rejected.

then i called to customer care they are guide to me going to Samsung service Centre.

i am visited Samsung service Centre in front office samsung service care employee checked my tablet she is telling display issue then checked for system this is NEW tablet so no Problem this Device. i am shacked first telling problem few minute later no problem ur device .

frankly telling samsung care service employee you purchased for fipkart through so we can’t Replacement.

what to do?

you know this tablet not use in with hours but i am purcased 33000

Pls do the needful

Note: i am checked same another product in near by samsung show room. product is very good.
