I had purchased samsung galaxy s20fe 5g phone 8-9months back, suddenly earlier this week the display stopped working, when I went to samsung service station to claim warranty, they denied saying there are scratches on phone (which happens on every phone with normal use). Now they are asking me to pay for a new display from my pocket. Please look into this matter.
