Hi,
I have a samsung refrigerator model no. RF50K5910DP/TL for which I am facing an issue of overcooling.
I made my first complaint about it on 15/08/2020 ref service no. 4307953185 for which no one visited to my place for repair, so I called the customer care no.1800407267864 and then I learnt that their engineer without even completing his duty updated the status of my complaint as REPAIRED, then again I complained for the 2nd time on 20/08/2020 reference service request no.4308260307 but again I waited till 22/08/2020 evening for someone to come and repair, but when no one came, then I called the customer care number again and they again told me that the engineer has already updated as visited and REPAIRED, and they asked me to give a fresh complaint, for which I again had no other option so I did complain again service request no.4308391222.i am still waiting for the probelm to be resolved and it’s getting difficult to live without refrigerator as due to indian climatic conditions we store every fruits, vegetables, milks, etc. Almost everything in a refrigerator.
