Text of Complaint by Ramesh chandra:

I bought Samsung refrigerator of dual door in 2017 and claimed that it’s 10 years warranty. Since 2021 raised a complaint for the repair and no one bothered about the service and one final day got a call stating that the refrigerator can’t be repaired and if required they would offer for pickup to scrap yard .

    I am complaining this you because after so many regular follow up with your company , no satisfied response received. I’d want you to do the following to help me solve this problem.

    When I initially became aware of the issue, I called immediately to your customer care on 04 August at your company, and yesterday 07 August .

    I’d need a formal statement from your firm outlining your stance and what you plan to do about my complaint.

    I eagerly await your response as soon as possible to settle this issue. If I don’t hear from you within 01 day, I’ll submit a complaint with the proper consumer protection agency and evaluate my legal options.
