Text of Complaint by Vikas Sharma:

I have purchased Samsung double door 670litre refrigerator on 03-10-2019 ,from day one i am facing low cooling and condensation issue in my refrigerator .I raised complaint’s regarding this issue many time to Samsung in under warranty period but they always told me that u r refrigerator is ok there is no problem .But unfortunately last month i.e. on 09 May 2022 it was totally stopped cooling and from that day i logged complaint to Samsung customer care and after several visits of their engineer and replacement of many parts of refrigerator , engineer and customer care told me that u r refrigerator is not repairable due to manufacturing facult / internal fault so they will provide me replacement after deducting depreciation value of 44% of the bill amount ,but i am not agreed with this because from day one i am facing problem and i am regularly complaining about this and finally it got broke down due to manufacturing fault than why i wll bear the loss .

So please help me regarding this matter ,i can provide all the complaint numbers
