Dear sir,
I purchased a samsung refrigerator from flipkart on 12 may and same is dlivered to me on 18 may, and after use of sone day i found there is some cooling issue, ans i reaised complaint in flipkart because 10 days replacement policy is there, and flipkart said for this product only refund is available and they raised the request for refund, and said first technician visit then if he declare the problem then refund will approve, and on their request samsung technician visit at my home and he declare that there is cooling issue and he click the photos and samsung said we send our feedback to flipkart for same, but flipkart said we did not get any reply from samsung and flipkart saying me just wait and wait still there is no resolution from flipkart please hepl me.
