My samsung s20 plus got green line in the middle of screen after one month it turned into white color. I visited samsung care they said they are getting this kind of complaints on daily basis and we know that this is not your fault it’s ours but company’s policy is you have to change screen which costs near 15000 or you can use your phone like this and wait for samsung to send software update which will resolve this. What kind of premium product is this and for this kind of service and product i paid 65000 to samsung. Kindly help me
