I bought samsung M12 phone from Amazon on August big sale.The phone was launched only through Amazon only. This phone was failure model I checked with other customer also. I can prove that this phone network issue but the company not accepting my complaint. This problem was checked with two phones in the same network. I have video of that.Amazon denied my review on his app platform. Amazon should take back the phone
