I got a standby phone for my Note 20 ultra
because of 5g issue now I have moved to dubai
I’m unable to replace my phone need help as
I have requested to customer care they gave
very less time only for phone replacement
how can I travel to India I have waited for 5g
update for 1 years now I have came to dubai
for my work now samsung is calling me and
saying to replace my old phone I told them
as I’m in dubai I can’t they have informed if I
don’t replace the phone before 15th September
they will block my phone imei I have already
informed them I’m out of India due to my job
reason but they don’t understand my situation
