Text of Complaint by JAYESH BANSAL:

We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator bill dated 11 May 2017 which had a 10 Year warranty on compressor which was told to us on the day of purchase itself. Recently the refrigerator was not cooling properly so i complained at the samsung customer care.Upon checking they informed me that there is gas leakage issue along with damage to compressor and fan motor. I was ready to pay for gas leakage and fan motor but to my surprise they told me that i had to pay for the compressor as well because the serial number sticker at side of the refrigerator was a bit damaged and serial number couldnt be recovered .This came as an absolute shock to me because i had proper invoice and serial number of the product with me .Just because of a damaged sticker (which i didn’t know was any use of) i could not avail warranty of a product which brags about 10 year warranty on compressor .The model of this refrigerator is itself not 10 years old then how can we not expect company to give us warranty even though i have valid purchase invoice of it. NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG.CHEATING.
