Text of Complaint by Karthik:

I have booked a Samsung f23 from samsung India offical app. I have paid extra for the charger and only phone has arrived. I missing the charger. The customer support does not provide any of the information. I paid extra for the charger and charger is not sent and cannot use the phone without the charger.
