I bought a Galaxy M12 and after the warranty period got over(for my A series if was 5 days after warranty end and for M12 its 5 months) my device display went off. I visited official customer care there and they said its motherboard is damaged so I need to replace it. The cost of a motherboard is around 5k.
This is a full company manufacturing fault and Samsung is responsible for this.
There are lots of similar complaints in the Samsung community.
Now I was planning to put the whole thing in social media sites and tag everyone but since I have been a Samsung user for many years I believe in its services.
I request them to replace or repair my phone at free of cost
I believe there will be the same problem with my other Samsung devices. I have 3 more devices I bought last year. Please make sure I don’t have to send the mail again as I believe in Samsung and their services.
Also the service center charged me 177rs for checking the issue in mobile.
Currently I have submitted mobile to the service center and its mentioned display gone in job-sheet but they called me and told motherboard is not working
