Purchased samsung m31s phone from amazon in Jan, 2020.
Phone is getting freeze and restarting automatically.. as 1 yr warranty is gone they are asking Rs. 8000 for motherboard replacement. I have visited service center and as per job sheet phone is not damaged inside it is mother board issue which is company fault for this particular model to all mobiles. I got know that each and every consumer who has purchased m series samsung mobile. it is the faulty products which are sold.. which are usable for 1.7 yr only. company is applying charges for faulty product why we should pay.
I have complained to NCH and my Grievance Number is 3851011
after complain company is offering charge Rs. 3995/ to replace motherboard. company should replace motherboard on free of cost as it is company fault they can not ask for charge.
Samsung should stop making money to get price from clients against faulty products and replace motherboard on free of cost or refund bill value.
