Purchased samsung m31 s phone in dec 2020.
Phone is getting freezed and restarting automatically.. as 1 yr warranty is gone they are asking 10,000 rs for mother board replacement. Asi gathered data I got know that each and every consumer who has purchased m series samsung mobile from amazon is facing this issue. it is the faulty products which are sold.. which are usable for 1 yr only.after expiry it is not working at all. Samsung should stop selling this products immediately as it unethical. And give my money back
