I purchased samsung M31 S in 2021January and on 22nd July 2023 , the mobile phone was hung at the logo and upon surfing i found lot of issues on these series of M and A saying they are also facing same issue.
Why Samsung company is not taking any action to fix this issue ? Tumkur city, Karnataka Samsung service centers are worst in handling.
There are youtube videos on these issues as well.
think for 20k mobile phone, for mother board repaid they charge 9k and that to without data recovery . is it worth for your guys ? your like looting customers money in a legal way … sometimes through mobile phones and some time with your service charges
