Hi Samsung,
I was earlier pretty happy about using samsung suiting my budget. All of a sudden, after the recent upgrade which is dated to be the 1st Sep 2021, the phone automatically is restarting with out any intervention. This makes it real difficult to use to phone, now it has reached to a state where the moment I open the screen it restarts within a couple of seconds.
I also visited the samsung service store to resolve the issue, even they tried downgrading the software and still the problem persists. They gave their final commentary that as this mobile is over 3 months of the warranty period the mobile will be charged Rs.9000/- for replacing the motherboard. which is 70% of the cost of the mobile.
On the first hand why did this issue happen? Who is responsible for this issue? And why across everywhere all the owners of Samsung M31 are facing the same issue?
Please do something about this else I will slowly start loosing the good image about Samsung that I had created in myself.
