I Purchased samsung m31 phone in nov2020.
Phone got freezed and restarting automatically.. in Oct 2022 after some updates happened. When reached to Service center as 1 yr warranty is gone they are asking 8,000 rs for mother board replacement. I got to know that each and every consumer who has purchased m series samsung mobile is facing this issue. it is the faulty products which are sold.. which are usable for 1 yr only or appx 2 yr. after expiry it is not working at all. I request to replace the motherboard freely by the service center.
