Text of Complaint by PUJA TANEJA:

Dear Executive,

This is to bring to your kind notice of the following issues for an immediate and appropriate action:

1. I have a double door Samsung refrigerator under brand warranty purchased on March 20, 2022

2. Since June 2022, there are water droplets just below the top shelf in the lower compartment. Also my milk, dough, curd, vegetables, fruits everything goes bad in 24 hours maximum

3. I have had repeated engineer visits but no solution. Your premium desk doesn’t understand the concerns and forces me to standard procedures. For the past 4 months it is only a struggle to have a resolution but in vain.

4. Your engineers have claimed that my issue is because of too much heat outside and in October or so the problem should be resolved. Delhi has always been hot and keeping that in view Samsung has made products and brought them in the market for us. If your product cannot work in Summers than why the hell are you selling and robbing off your customers? If I will have a refrigerator working when weather changes to winters than why the hell do I need a product? Who is going to pay for al my time struggling with this issue and damages caused to me? Who will pay me for the harassment Samsung team gives me? Who will pay me for the money and time wasted on purchasing this product?

Your engineer have refused a visit and solution under the tag line that wait for summers to go away. I will not accept such baseless claims nor I will accept that buying a Samsung refrigerator was my fault.

5. After escalating the email to the Service Head on September 7, 2022, the call has been floating from one executive to the other. But no solution or response received. Your team has collectively decided NOT to provide any solution whatsoever. Mr. Rajib Abbas had offered exchange or refund as per Samsung’s policy since you have not been able to provide a resolution for the past 3 months. But apparently, there’s no response from him and the team is simply forwarding the request to another executive.
Mr. Pranai doesn’t have any basic ethics to talk to a client. After selling the product, he claims that it is client’s responsibility to cater to their own needs using the manuals that are provided with the product. Evidence is available on the recorded call dated September 19, 2022.

6. I never requested for a refund or replacement. The fact is that your team doesnt want to help a client and my solution is still pending since June 2022. I was offered Replacement or refund by Mr. Rajib Abbas and than the complaint is just juggling between the executives who claim that it is my fault to request for a DEMO and I should download manuals and find a solution to my concerns.

So I do look forward to a resolution and strict action on your team for making me struggle since June 2022.
