Last year Nov 2020 purchased samsung galaxy s20 + for my partner. I order from Amazon india. But now after one year my phone has been blocked by flipkart. On screen it’s showing that flipkart smart upgrade plan ( this device purchased under flipkart smart upgrade payment plan. As the payment due under this plan has not made within the stipulated time your device has been locked. Login in Ur flipkart account from any other device and repay and continue this phone). But I never bought his phone from flipkart and I don’t have any account with them. I purchased from Amazon then flipkart has no right to block my device. First spoke with amazon customer care agents they said cal to flipkart and we can’t help u then I spoke with flipkart customer care and they ask me to repay for this device which I never purchased from them. They said amazon seller purchased this phones on flipkart smart plan and sold it on Amazon which is totally ripped off people money.
I’m requesting to consumer complaints court that please look into this matter because I purchased phone on amazon then flipkart have no right to blocked my device. It has been 3 days now phone blocked and no one helping me either amazon or flipkart. We do hard work to earn this money and these guys can’t ripped off us. My phone had important stuff which I need in next days and now I’m helpless. Please help me please ? no one resolve my issue
