I have purchased one Samsung Galaxy M21 mobile Phone for my Mother (Senior Citizen) . The worst thing is that the mobile hangs a lot and when I went to the service centre for my complaint they updated the software but the problem with the device is the same.
When the mobile get hang she can’t even off the mobile and the mobile get heated a lot. I have gifted this mobile to my mother because she can get in touch with me anytime but she can’t due to hang problem, and if any incident happens due to this I will file the case against the company.
I just want either short out the problem or exchange the mobile phone. I am uploading the picture and video.
