I bought Samsung Galaxy Zlip mobile on 10th-Nov-21 worth 85000 but only after 6 month of using it the screen got cracked on his own from the Fold area and the screen stopped working. There was no physical damaged happened.
The phone got submitted at Samsung service centre and they are saying this will be covered under physical damage and i have to pay Rs.27000 for screen change. Being a customer i’m feeling cheated and getting no help from Samsung.
I had raised this concern on twitter as well after getting no help from Samsung and the re-investigation done from Customer Experience Manager “Rohit Majumdar” but that seemed like a formality.
Since even after chasing Samsung for more than 1 month getting no help from them, i would like to file a case against Samsung in Consumer court. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
