Hi,
I have purchased the samsung A23 mobile for 23000
by the samsung finance plus in chenni at Jessica mobiles selaiyur and one month I have delayed the payment but I have clear the 1st emi with late payment and 2nd emi have paid before the due date but the samsung finance plus after paying the emi also the phone is blocked for more 2 weeks due to not clearing the outstanding of the emi but I have tried to reach the customer care of dmi finance they are not at all responding I have been trying for more then 2weeks I could not able to reach them and also visisted the service center to unblock my phone so either they have to refund the phone cost or better to unlock my phone before booking the customer phone they have to make a call to the customer and update if ur not paying the device will be locked all buying the product for their daily usage but they are not at all worried with that and not even responding please kindly help with that and resolve the issue which iam facing it
