I bought a phone on finance by Samsung finance plus I am paying my EMI of 5 of every month if any reason 1 day late the charge extra of panelty . Ok it’s right I have no issued . But I am paying the amount on the month on date after that they locked the phone I am not able to use my phone last 4 days . I am also informed on customer care .he told I am unlocked but still not unlocked . If I am not pay single day late EMI than charge penalty . Or on other hand after paying EMI on time I am suffering for use the phone last 4 days . This is wrong . Kindly take action against these kind of company and penalised . They doing money making and customer suffered.
