I got my device from flipkart 10 march and since day one i was facing auto touch issue and called samsung customer care several time they told me to visit service centre at service centre they told me that you need to submit the device and after one day they called me and said that there is no issue in the device . I told them this is a hardware issue but they didn’t listen and i take my device back and uploaded complaint on twitter then they called me and told me submit the device again now they are telling that its over 7 days now we can repair the device but cannot replace because its been more than 7 days.
But i complaint only on the second day and visited the service center on the 3rd day for submitting the device
