I bought a Samsung dishwasher (Model – DW-FN320T) last year for my parents and it has a 2 years warranty. Within 6 months, we noticed rusting in the inner door sides. For a machine which is supposed to use water that was surprising! We launched a complain with the Samsung call centre immediately in Oct 2015 (complain # 4202301070) and had an engineer visit us after many follow-up calls. They engineer came, saw the problem, took some pictures and promised to revert back. After almost 5 months we are yet to hear back. The local service Head has no clue and call centre has no answer. When I twitted they promised to get back and call but no response again. As of now, I do not know what should I do? Please help and advise.
