I brought a samsung refrigerator from online, it got delivered in a defective state, so initiated for a refund.
Its almost 1 month since i initiated a reverse pickup, but no shipping service is showing up for reverse pickup. When i reach samsung, they say we will refund only after its picked, but no one will come for that, when i reach their shipping services partner; shipping rocket, they say we tried to reach you but no response which is a big lie.
Sometimes shipping guys call & say , sir our vehicle couldn’t come to your street. I don’t understand, if the guys are able to deliver to the same address without any issues, how come they are coming up with reasons for pickup, this seems to be a big scam, i urge everyone not to buy a Samsung product, its waste of money & time.
When i reach Samsung support, they say just give us 5-7 days, but nothing they will do.
