I am facing issue with my samsung a71 a whiteline appear on my screen after software update.I visited service centre and they updated that samsung company is not ready to replace the screen for a71 as the product is out of warranty and they will replace the screen only for s series owhich is premium model.2 years back i have spend around 30 k for this product and samsung is using the cheap quality materials which triggers this issue and I have to pay INR 6600 for screen replacement cost .the issue not only for me but same issue is facing other customers also . Atleast samsung should replace the screen at a discounted rate if they are loyal to customers.
