When I first make payment for CAF form to apply for PG the payment was unsuccessful. Then I asked my friend for help. Then he tried to make payment and the payment was successful, but the website showed that the payment was not successful and money got debited from bank.
When he tells me that the website showing payment was successful then I tried for the repayment of the fee of 500, then the payment was successful and shown in the website that the payment was successful.
But the website had received two payments for a single application.
Many students are facing this type of same problem.
We students come from middle class families, but this type of cheap work really hurt us.
I need my extra 500 that the portal has taken from me as application fee.
I really condemn this type of work.
If they can’t manage the portal appropriately then why they asking to apply the forms through online, they should be doing this offline. I think it’s a better idea if someone can’t manage the website.
