I ordered jewellery from the website https://ornativajewells.store/. After placing the order, I realized that the site is likely fraudulent.
The phone number provided on the website is out of service, and The address provided is also fake or incorrect.
There has been no proper communication from the seller after payment, and it seems the website has been created only to deceive customers and take their money (and prepaid orders are accepted only with no reviews for any of the products).
I request the concerned authorities to investigate this website, take it down, and prevent others from falling victim to this scam. Please also take necessary action against those responsible for running it. Their email id is also fake.
I am Vijayalaxmi, from Mangalore, Karnataka, have faced same issues from this seller. it is a fraud website created to cheat public by offering jewellery sets at cheaper rate and forcing to make payment in advance. We will get order confirmation mail. Then, no updates through mail nor on website. Now, website itself is not visible.
