Hello,
I’m using slice from last 3 years, taking some amount and paying on time. Due to my necessary Im taking 5k 4k amount and paying it on EMI every month. From last few months I’m observing that my total due was remains same. From June month in doing payment because of this issue. I filed a complaint at official website, i didn’t get any proper response. Infact they threatened me about repayment. I have raised a complaint at RBI in June month without giving proper clarification they closed the complaint, again I raised another complaint at RBI. Still not giving proper answer, in app and in statement they showing foreclosure amount of i ask about total they reckless saying we don’t provide and they open another loan account in their co-lending partner without taking any consent from me, not providing proper statements, no mail confirmations about repayment, it has been 2 years still my issue didn’t get resolved.
