Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Zahida khatoon, a customer of Flipkart. I ordered an Jbl pulse 4 Bluetooth speaker worth Rs 14999 on 26 july 2021. I received my order on 29 July 2021, but it contained a jbl flip essential MRP of the product is 8999. I raised a replacement request for my product for a genuine product on 29 July 2021, evening but still they not resolve my issue. I am sharing all details regarding the purchase and photos for your reference with this mail.
