Hi,
My name is puneet jk and i have been a customer of airtel for over 20 years now. Me and my family have many services with airtel like dth fiber and sim connections.
I was very happy with airtel till now. But last month on April 27, I booked a new fiber connection for my office, your rep, mr murli from thippasandra, called me and asked me to make the 6 months payment of 3553rs. I did it and later the installation team came and told me that it’s only copper connection in my area. I called the same rep and told him that I want fiber not copper, he promised me that it will be done on 2 days. Now it’s been almost a month and I am stuck with a poor internet connection for my office. I don’t even get 5mbps speed. This is pure cheating. I have been tensed and upset with this whole experience. This has been such a traumatic and emotionally upsetting time.
I have been following up with murli everyday, but he just keeps ignoring my calls and messages.
I request you to kindly help me. Request to either give me fiber connection or refund my amount and cancel this connection, because this is not what I asked for and have been cheated by your staff
