Text of Complaint by Lingavel:

sales executive said by 10th July 2022 , I will get the ordered product- mobile.
Hence paid rs rs.17500 on 6.7.2022 and ordered mobile. But on 10th July, I didn’t get the product . Today 15th July, till now I didn’t get the product. When I speak to customer care executive on phone, they simply say they are not able to track the order, and they are not aware where the ordered product is. They are neither ready to deliver product on the expected date, which gets automatically updated in their jiomart app everyday as the next immediate day, nor to cancel the order and refund the money. Customer care support members don’t have courtesy to call back after tracking where the mobile is. Their app shows good has been shipped and picked up for delivery in jaipur ,. Same location where the product to be delivered.
