Hi,
My name is Muhammed Favas. Recently i have ported from IDEA to Airtel based on an offer given by an Airtel Sales executive named Vaiga. She called me over the phone and offered that Airtel has new postpaid plan of Rs 199 per month with 25 GB Data and unlimited call and she assured I only need to pay Rs 220 per month including all charges.
Since i found it beneficial, i ported to airtel based on her assurance on Plan. But when my first bill came, i found that the plan activated is Rs 225 per month and in that case i have to pay Rs 265 per month including tax. I made complaint to airtel customer care regarding this, but they did not respond to it.
It is a clear case of cheating and i want to take necessary action against it, otherwise this cheating will continue to other customers
Please help me on this.
