Dear Madam/Sir,
Recently I have switched to an Airtel Broadband connection, I am happy with the services of Airtel But my complaint is about the sales executive with whom I had interacted for connection.
1. I had asked for a phone instrument with connection.2. Sales executive promised me to provide a hands free phone at cost of 1500 Rs., i agreed and gave him the required amount.3. For my surprise , phone is faulty and used for many years. Basically he sold me an old phone which is not in proper condition.4. I am trying to contact him, he is not responding to either my calls or messages.
