I am Nilam Shah, was working in a company name Cengres Tiles Ltd. as Excise Officer on a monthly salary of Rs. 45000/- (Approx). My employer has not been paid my salary amounting to Rs. 1,50,000/- (Approx.) from last 3 months. (April 19 to June 19) and Bonus and Hak Raja Salary (PL,SL) amounting to Rs. as per standard calculation as per Govt. Norms. Since I was facing financial problem and not getting salary from my employer I have to left my job effective from 1st July 2019. The same was communicated to the employer at time of leaving the job. and I also give a one month notice period.
I have requested in every possible manner to my employer to pay my pending salary of past 3 month and other conveyance as above , but he is not responding in satisfactory manner. There is no any response from HR Manager and Director last six month after many requested in written by mail and what’s app and humble request many time but no any response. However no such discussion was made with me regarding salary is based on performance at time of hiring by the company. I have done my work sincerely and honestly. Now I have lost hope in him that he will pay my salary. This is my right to salary and other than salary.
I request you to please take a strict action in this regard and solve the matter as above as earliest without any delay.
