1. Through this platform, I would like to Put across the fraudlent and unfair trade n emoyment practice this company -Bioenergy Nivshakti based in kolkata is following. The owner/manager Sandeep Jalan posted an ad on quikr for freelance content writer for which i called up the person. The company needed a freelance content writer to write e-descriptions for their organic products.

   Mutually we decided on Rs.200/ description of 70-80words. After i got selected for the job , first this man sandeep jalan raised the word count saying that it is not fulfilling the requirement and asked me to make each description of 250words in the same price , which i did.

   After i submitted , i asked for my salary for which he stopped taking my calls and never responded back. After giving numerous calls for 10-12 days continuously, that man asked for my bank details to get the money deposited.

   But few days went and no payment was received. I again tried contacting him and he again stopped taking calls and once dropped a mail that techincal fault cant submitt and will do by monday.

   In the mean this man was sending derogatory mails too mentioning that i am mentally sick and all. This is a pathetic company and fraud people are stuffed in. Rinky mandal is another person in the company who sends mail to write for priducts.

2. Now that for past few days i have been trying to get my salary out from these people , they today finally dropped me a mail that now they are STOPPING MY PAYMENT. They asked me to send an official bill which obviously is not there in freelance jobs.

   And fyi- in all my previous mails they have been saying that they will deposit my rs.1600. But when i feared them of filing case against them of not paying my salary , they said show us the proof of bill amount.

   You cant sue us in absence of bill and all such things. I have all their mails where they agreed that the pay amount and delay of payment too.

1. I would request you to see into the matter as these people are beyond frauds. *BIOENERGY NIVSHAKTI* kolkata. They are fooling employees in need of money and in a way their cobsumers too. But  I have faith in your practice and would want you to take strict legal action against them.
