Hi..
I have joined to Secure Power India Pvt Ltd on 16th December 2019 as Regional Manager Sales-North India ,. Company owner is Mrs. Deepa Shetty (Mobile number -9920309204, email-ceo@securepower. In) , on 3rd March 2020, Mrs. Deepa Shetty mailed me that we are unable to continue your services as annual sales target was 12 cr. given by the company and owner wanted it to be achieved on monthly basis 1cr.per month that was not mentioned in the offer /contract letter (mentioned 12 crore annual target). Also she mailed me that 16th March 2020 will be your last working day, when i asked for salary she told that they will give the salary till 29th February 2020. I was under pressure so i accepted the same. My salary n other dues(apprx 12,000 local convence bill, mobile bills etc ) other than salary is still not paid. She has paid the salary of all the staff and not mine. Salary paid to others on 15-16th march 2020.When i asked to clear my dues she told that we will pay by 25-26 March, after follow up on the said date she again told that she will pay it by first week of April 2020. I had wait till 13th April as lock down situation is going on, called her on 14th answered to pay after 3rd May 2020. As banks are opened and also online banking services are available she is denying to pay.
Please help me to get my salary of February 2020 month and also as she has suddenly told me to leave the company so as per offer letter, owner must pay 60 days period salary from the date of intimation. I can even send the copy of offer letter of the company and other documents if needed.
Please help me out in this crucial time. I am running out of money n have a family to look after.so i have no choice except to complaint in government department and having no job due to one sided decision of employer .i request the concerned authority take serious action against such company as they have no empathy for their employees even during this ongoing covid-19 crisis inspite of continuous request by the government of india to take care of employees in terms of salary n job. Please help me out.
