I am working in Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. in Executive Operations. I am a new joinee in Just Dial. It was discussed in the interview that my salary will be 20k and also it is written in my Offer Letter. But after one month of joining they gave me an excel where it was written that I will get only Rs.4700/-. I asked them to give me the justification so they are telling that it is a productivity based job, but at the time of interview they told me that it’s a fixed salary job. Till now they haven’t gave me a single penny. I am calling them but they are not picking up my call instead they are calling me on whatsapp call unprofessionally, I am asking the justification about the salary, they are telling we will not give any written statement.
Now they are not giving me my salary and also they are harassing me.
Please help me out.
