Sir,
I was working in a private firm called Netcom computers. Main branch of the company is in Tirunalveli and other branch is setup in Chennai. I have joined the company on 17.07.2017 along with offer letter which has not mentioned about serving 45 days of notice period. After one month of joining, Company use to delay for one or two months the salary later, without prior intimation (Bank salary statement attached).
Due to my health condition I have asked two weeks leave on the month of April 2018 to my Branch Manager. Meanwhile I have to go through financial crisis, and it has forced me to look out for other jobs. After I got another job, I have personally asked my Branch Manager to settle the due salary for the month of Feb 2018, Mar 2018. And he agreed to pay the due with the experience letter followed by that he asked me to drop an Relieving mail. On May 5, 2018 I have submitted the same to the consent authority.(Mail Attached)
Since then I have raised request mails regarding this issue dated on Jul 12, 2018; Oct10,2018. No action has been taken till date. I request you kindly look after into this, Please do the needful.
